Lotus provides real-world work opportunities in several ways to students and aspiring young professionals.
School year internships
Lotus has formed a partnership with a top, nationally ranked graduate business school to provide select MBA applicants with a customized year-long internship experience that embodies the real world application of their academic real estate knowledge. Our goal is to integrate the student into the company experience which includes client interaction, transactional support and general team support. Through programs like this, candidates get a window into life in the real estate investment banking sector. School year interns work part-time either on-site in our Midtown Manhattan office or remotely depending on their location and school schedule.
Summer internships
Summer undergraduate internships give students a chance to learn about our business while at the same time contributing to its growth. Lotus looks for smart, driven students looking for real-world experience and a chance to learn about or enhance their knowledge of real estate finance. Summer interns work in our New York office in Midtown Manhattan.
