Lotus Capital Partners is a New York-based real estate capital advisory firm. We serve our clients through two business lines: Capital Placement and Restructuring Advisory.

Our Capital Placement business focuses on arranging capital and providing high quality customized thinking solutions to meet our clients financing needs. This expertise covers debt placement and mezzanine finance, joint-ventures, recapitalizations, stabilized and transition loans and is sourced from across the real estate capital markets to deliver the most optimal financing solution for our clients.

Our professional pedigree of being former lenders and loan structuring specialists provides us with the necessary market knowledge, structuring capabilities, and “corner- office” lending relationships needed to best advise our clients through their loan restructuring and workouts. Lotus Capital Partners is led by Faisal Ashraf, a veteran deal maker with 24 years of finance and capital markets experience and direct involvement in over $40 billion of commercial real estate transactions across the US and Europe. We have the business acumen and global capital relationships required to arrange best-in-class real estate financing structures on behalf of our clients.
